I'm a Ph.D Student, I'm interesting in developing a program of genetic 
algorithm using Visual C++. I have downloaded the files from your site (the 
zip files that used for win9x). But, I cann't know how to install it, and 
how I can connect it with the Visual C++ to be used. If you can help me in
