Hello, just a quick reminder of this evening’s John R. Freeman Lecture at the Wong Auditorium, MIT Tang Center, 70 Memorial Drive, Bldg. E51, Cambridge, MA (see whereis.mit.edu for directions).
 
The reception begins at 6pm, preceding the lecture by Steven C. Chapra, Ph.D., Professor and Berger Chair, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Tufts University. Prof. Chapra will address the topic “Rubbish, Stink and Death: The Historical Evolution, Present State and Future Direction of Water-Quality Management and Modeling.” 
 
There will be an open bar at the reception, catered by the Faculty Club, and young adults must show your ID card to be served alcohol. Arrive close to 6 for the best selection of hot and cold appetizers.
