[ecco-support] Issue Accessing ECCO Drive Directory — HTTP/2 502 Error

Dear ECCO Support Team,

My name is Horim Kim, and I am a first-year Ph.D. student in MIT EAPS working with Professor Andrew Babbin.
I am trying to access the ECCO Drive directory below, but the server returns HTTP/2 502 even for a simple curl -I request:

https://ecco.jpl.nasa.gov/drive/files/ECCO2/LLC270/ECCO-Darwin_extension/

The response says: “Proxy Error — Error reading from remote server.”

Would it be possible for you to check whether the ECCO Drive backend for this directory is currently down or experiencing issues?
