[ecco-support] questions about salt and temperature fluxes

Good day,

I have the following questions;

1) Is the GM velocity included in the ADV_x(y,r)_SLT(TH) terms?

2) Is the GMredi diffusion included in the DFx(y,r)E_SLT(TH) terms?

3) If not, where are they?

4) Where do I find the potential temperature (theta) flux associated with the geothermal heating?

5) Exactly what factors are needed to convert the heat fluxes at the surface and at the bottom into theta fluxes? (not sure if you use variable density and heat capacity and if not what are the reference values).
