[Dspace-general] How much time has it taken you to bring up a live dspace repository

Installing (if everything goes right) is relatively straightforward and
you would be looking at a couple of hours turnaround time if you have a
fast enough Internet connection to download on.

We are getting to the point we're we are building full DSpace machines
(Linux/Apache/Postgresql/Tomcat/DSpace) with bash and PHP scripts. If
everything goes well, the script can complete in around 30 minutes to an
hour.

Configuration will be an ongoing process; it'll depend on what you want
to achieve with it. At its simplest you could just create a community
and collection and dump everything in there.

Planning, again, will depend on what you want to achieve.

Cheers
