[Dspace-general] Upgrading from 1.3.2 to 1.4.1

Before embarking on the task, would someone like to offer, in general
terms, what the major benefits are of moving from Dspace 1.3.2 to 1.4.1? As
we move things to a new server I just want to get a sense of whether or not
it's worth all the effort to move from our current version to the newer
one.
