[Dspace-general] Handle URL is wrong

Hi,

I set up the handle in my dspace.cfg like this:
Handle.prefix = 10046

I think this is correct? Or should it be 0.NA/10046?

When I create new content the URL created for hdl.net is wrong.
Normally handles are prefixed with 0.NA, I think.
http://hdl.handle.net/10046/311 should be
http://hdl.handle.net/0.NA/10046/311 

If I change the handle.prefix to 0.NA/10046 it also doesn't work.

I tried everything. I upgraded to 1.4. I replaced the handle.jar with
the one from handle.net.

How can I fix this? Or am I doing something wrong?
