<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I think this is correct? Or should it be 0.NA/10046?</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When I create new content the URL created for hdl.net is wrong.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Normally handles are prefixed with 0.NA, I think.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I tried everything. I upgraded to 1.4. I replaced the handle.jar with the one from handle.net.</FONT>
