[Dspace-general] Dspace, accessibility and WAI

I would like to know if DSpace is compliant to the w3c specifications for 
web accessibility (people with disabilities, ecc.), and, if so, at which 
level of accessibilty (A, AA, AAA).

 The only information I could find was here, but it seems not to help very 
much (last visit on Sept. 2nd):
