Hello all,
One of our submitter has only the publisher's pdf for some articles that we want to have in our Dspace - http://bora.uib.no - but in those cases, if I approuve the submission, the version will be illegal because "Publisher's version/PDF cannot be used". What do you to with these items? Do you aprouve them? Do you reject them? Do you transform them (by making a new pdf for instance)? We allways ask for a legal version but sometimes, it's nowhere to be found.

What is really a Publisher's version? I mean if you download it from the web and clean it from whatever relates it to the publisher, is it still a Publisher's version?

I obviously can not ask if you have illegal articles in you Dspace instances... ;-)
Thanks for you answers
Best regards from Bergen
