[Dspace-general] Tapir 0.3 Beta

Hi All,

Apologies for the long delay on any new code from Edinburgh.

The Tapir now has it's own home at:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/tapir-eul

And a beta of 0.3 has been released which provides some E-Theses
capacities for DSpace 1.2.  If there are any compatibility issues,
please let me know and we can sort them out.
