Job description I
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of a 
biochemistry core group that will assist in the development of 
biochemical assays for drug screening. This research will be directed 
towards understanding the mechanisms regulating cell proliferation 
and differentiation and identifying new drugs that can modulate these 
processes. The position offers a unique opportunity for talented 
scientists to work in the most dynamic and innovative pharmaceutical 
environment and to develop their future career at the interphase of 
basic research and drug discovery. 
Requirements:

* B.Sc. in Biology with laboratory experience.

* Individuals should have a strong background in biochemistry with 
experience in protein chemistry, enzymology and protein purification 
using FPLC.

* Expertise using bacterial and baculovirus expression systems.

* Experience in mammalian cell culture. 

* Proficiency in the use of current molecular biology techniques and 
cloning strategies, site-directed mutagenesis, construction and use 
of reporter systems and expression vectors is preferred.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The 
candidate will also be expected to participate in experimental 
design, to independently conduct experiments and to handle multiple 
tasks effectively.

regulating mammalian cell proliferation and differentiation.  The 
position offers a unique opportunity for talented scientists to work 
in a very dynamic and innovative pharmaceutical environment and to 
develop their future career at the interphase of basic research and 
drug discovery.
Requirements:

* B.Sc. in Biology with laboratory experience.

* Individuals should have a strong background in molecular biology 
with hands-on experience in basic molecular biology techniques such 
as DNA, RNA and protein analysis, DNA cloning, PCR, site-directed 
mutagenesis, expression vectors and reporter systems.

* Experience in mammalian cell culture.

* Mouse experience would be a bonus.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The 
candidate will also be expected to participate in experimental 
design, to independently conduct experiments and to handle multiple 
tasks effectively.
