Dear Student Group Leaders,



Please read the following announcements carefully:

Midway Early Return Applications Due Tonight

If your group would like to have a booth at the Fall Activities Midway and is unable to do so because none of your members can be on campus, a limited number of members can apply for an early return. More details can be found on the form, but no-shows without a note from S^3 will incur a $200 fine for their group.



The early return will allow them to move into on-campus housing on Thursday August 28th instead of Friday August 29th. Group exec boards needing early returns for one or more of their members must complete the group sponsorship form at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s852>. The deadline for this form is Monday, July 7 at 11:59PM (tonight!). Unfortunately, due to HRS's deadlines, no extensions on this form will be possible.
