Please read the following announcements carefully:

ASA Spring GBM Makeup
If you are a group that did not send a representative to the GBM held last Monday March 31st from 5pm-7pm. You must fill out the GBM Make-up Form or else your group will incur a fine.

ASA groups are required to send one member per group. The same rules apply as for a normal GBM: FSILGs, graduate dorms, and club sports may attend if they wish to but are not required to do so.

Conversely if you are interested in joining the ASA come to our weekly meetings on Mondays 5-6:30PM in 50-220~ We’re looking for members and going through transition!

New Funding Board Information
Passionate about supporting student organizations and shaping how resources are allocated across campus?

The Student Group Funding Council (SGFC) is now accepting applications for three elected positions for the upcoming term.

SGFC plays a key role in allocating funding to MIT student groups, ensuring that events, initiatives, and organizations have the necessary resources to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to serve the MIT community, gain leadership experience, and advocate for fair and transparent funding processes.

⏳ Application Deadline: April 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM

🗓️ Elections will take place via Engage from April 16, 2025. An email with voting information will be sent out via Engage.

The application form is for students interested in running in the upcoming SGFC election, managed by the SOLE Office. You'll be asked to provide background information, share your interest in the board, and confirm your eligibility and commitment. This information will be shared on future election ballots to inform those who will be voting.

CPW Midway Signups
The CPW Midway will be on Saturday, April 19th from 1:00-3:00pm in the Johnson Athletic Center (W34).

Groups can sign up for the Midway at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s780>. If you are performing for the midway we encourage you to fill out the form ASAP to be guaranteed a spot. This form is due Saturday April 12th 11:59PM
