Postering Policy Notice
All posters on ASA Public Boards (identifiable by an ASA label) are required to have a group’s contact information, usually in the form of an officer mailing list. Please make sure that your group’s posters are following ASA postering rules: Public Advertising Space | MIT Association of Student Activities<https://asa.mit.edu/advertisingpublicity/public-advertising-space>. See link at: <https://asa.mit.edu/advertisingpublicity/public-advertising-space>. Repeated violations will lead to fines!

If you notice a poster that is violating ASA’s postering policy on an ASA Board, you can notify us at <asa-postering at mit.edu<mailto:asa-postering at mit.edu>>. For posters that are not on an ASA Board, you can reach out to the SOLE Office <sole at mit.edu<mailto:sole at mit.edu>> or IDHR <idhr at mit.edu<mailto:idhr at mit.edu>>. The ASA cannot remove posters that are not on a postering space that we manage.

Re-Registration Updates
Yearly re-registration concluded last Sunday on May 12, and your group’s officer mailing list should have received a notification either confirming successful form submission and/or next steps needed.

If you have any questions or concerns, especially as this is the first time using the new re-registration process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to <asa-groups at mit.edu<mailto:asa-groups at mit.edu>>.
