(1) Winter LEF/ARCADE Allocations

Allocations for winter LEF/ARCADE proposals are available on the ASA website (scroll down to Allocations): <http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/large-events.html> Thank you so much for your patience in this process!

(2) REMINDER: EHS Walkthrough March 12th/13th

The yearly EHS walkthrough of student group spaces will take place NEXT WEEK on March 12th for groups that have space in the NE Buildings and Building 50, and on March 13th for W11 and W20. Representatives from CAC, EHS, SAO, and the ASA will be present for every walkthrough.

(3) Spring LEF/ARCADE Applications are due NEXT WEEK! (3/16/2019)

The deadline to submit applications to the Large Event Fund (LEF) and the Assisting Recurring Cultural And Diversity Events (ARCADE) Fund Spring Cycle is next Saturday, March 16th at 11:59PM EST. **Please note that this is extended from the date listed on the last ASA Official to comply with the deadline listed on the website.** This deadline is for events occurring between April 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019.

You are encouraged to meet with someone from the Student Activities Office to discuss your application, particularly if it is for a new event or you are making substantial changes to a recurring event.  You MUST meet with the Student Activities Office to discuss an event if it will involve paying a speaker or performer. Email <sao-desk at mit.edu> with any questions!

(4) Interested in a private bulletin board space? Apply now!

Bulletin board space is opening up and the ASA is accepting applications from groups that are interested in having a reserved spot on the ASA boards. Applications for postering space will be open through Friday, March 22nd at 11:59 PM. You can find the application here: <https://engage.mit.edu/submitter/form/start/256035>
