(2) Campus Activities Complex Opening of the Books December 1

On Monday, December 1, 2014 at 9 am the Campus Activities Complex will open
their reservation books for July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.

Plan ahead! This is the best time to get space for your event. Your group
can book:

* Concerts

* Parties

* Lectures

* Cultural Events

* Conferences

* Weekly Meeting Space

This process will be similar to last year. This process is virtual, so you
will be using your group's virtual scheduling account. Only a few events
can be booked at first, so we strongly encourage you to look at the
information on the web to avoid problems and denials. For the details of
this process, http://studentlife.mit.edu/cac/services/opening.
