Dear Student Group Leaders,

Please make note of the following announcements:

1. Office and Storage Space Applications - due TODAY

As a reminder, office and storage space is being re-allocated this year, 
as part of our regular two-year cycle.  All groups that want to have space 
for the next two years, even if they currently have space, need to apply. 
The online form is due by TODAY at 11:59pm and is available at 
http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/office-space-alloc.html

Please try to submit all applications by the deadline; however if you know 
your group intends on applying and may not get the application in on time, 
please email us as soon as possible.  While we can accept late 
applications, it is very important that we are notified and receive the 
application soon to be able to consider your group in the categorization 
process.  A list of groups that currently have space and haven't applied 
is at the bottom of this email.

Questions about the form or allocations in general can also be sent to 
asa-space at mit.edu.

2. Office Walkthroughs - W20 tomorrow, Walker TBA

We will be doing walkthroughs of W20 spaces with CAC tomorrow (Tuesday) 
morning.  You are not expected to be present for these (though it is fine 
if you are) and if we have any questions we will email you and/or arrange 
a time to have you show us your office.  If there are times that would be 
bad for us to stop by (such as if you have a meeting at 10am), please let 
us know.  We may be taking pictures of offices for own reference (solely 
for internal use); please let us know if this is an issue.  Walkthroughs 
for spaces in Walker will be announced when they are scheduled.

3. CAC is hosting the MIT Events Fair - Wednesday, 11/9, 11:30am-1:30pm, 
Kresge Lobby

The Campus Activities Complex is once again hosting the annual MIT Events 
Fair to showcase the Institute's event logistical services. The fair will 
be held on Wednesday, November 9th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in Kresge 
Lobby (W16). This year please join us to learn more about services from 
many campus vendors including: CAC, EHS (Environment, Health,and Safety), 
Parking and Transportation, CopyTech, Campus Police, Endicott House, 
MITAV, various catering vendors, and many more.  Representatives from each 
organization will be on hand to answer any of your event planning and 
logistics questions.

In addition, each person who attends the fair has a chance to win these 
prizes and many more: Sony Digital Camera - CAC, Mascot Rental - CAC, $100 
Amazon Gift Card - IS&T, Lunch for 10 people - Bon Appetit Catering, 
Complimentary Chef's Tasting for 5 people - MIT Faculty Club.
