Dear Student Group Officers,

Please take note of the following announcements:

1. Bulletin Board Allocations
2. Changes in ASA Executive Board Membership
3. Financial Training Sessions
4. CPW Midway

------------------------------

1. Bulletin Board Allocations

Bulletin Board allocations for 2011-2012 cycle are completed. These
allocations put bulletin boards back on the normal two-year allocation
cycle after the Infinite remodeling last summer. While making these
allocations we aimed for three goals: keeping allocations stable,
maintaining reasonably sized board divisions, and allocating space to as
many groups as possible.

Allocations including board divisions and maps are posted at:
http://mit.edu/asa/resources/bulletin-board-alloc.html

Timeline: Groups whose bulletin board space has changed or that no longer
have space have until next Friday, March 4 to move their materials. ASA
will take remaining contents of these boards down over the following
weekend and contact groups about picking up the materials. The new
allocations will take effect the following Monday, March 7, at which
point groups should use their new space.

Responsibilities: Groups should take note of the responsibilities of
being allocated a bulletin board given at:
http://mit.edu/asa/resources/bulletin-board-alloc.html. Groups not using
their space to the outlined standards will be warned and then have their
space reallocated.

Waitlist: Groups wishing to be added to the waitlist for a new space
(either groups that do not currently have space or that would prefer a
different space) should fill out the application at:
https://asa.scripts.mit.edu:444/applications/boards/boards.php
