Please join us for a special Intermediate class on Colgadas this Tuesday at
Cielo with Carlos Costes and performance with Carlos y Amanda.
Carlos taught at the prestigious Escuela Argentina de Tango, and trained
with Juan Carlos Copes as his first teacher. He has performed in Europe and
South Africa for a number of years, and is a respected teacher and performer
internationally. His teaching emphasizes the fundamentals of the dance:
posture, embrace and walking, and he includes a lot about the history and
evolution of the dance, so that his students gain an appreciation of
Argentine traditions and culture.
