The following events in Boston are being held today and tomorrow in 
observation of INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY. On December 10, 1948, the 
General Assembly of the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of 
Human Rights, the full text of which is available at:
