[ASA-Official] Final Space Allocations

Dear Student Group Leaders,


Please read the following announcements carefully:

Please make sure to check the second sheet of the spreadsheet for locker allocations.


If your space allocations have changed, please make sure your group president has completed the space agreement: <https://cglink.me/2cy/s466>. After that, give the members receiving access to the space the Space Signatory tag in Engage and contact <caclocks at mit.edu<mailto:caclocks at mit.edu>> with the list of people who are getting access (names and kerbs).


Move out period: until Sun, Feb 11th 2024 - this is the deadline for groups to take out any objects they don't want trashed from any ASA spaces they're not allocated. Groups that are allocated lockers must move into their lockers by this date, since W20-437 will be repurposed once lockers are in use.

Cleanout Day: in the week of Feb 12th 2024, movers will be hired to trash any remaining items from deallocated spaces.

Move in period: starting Feb 17th 2024, new groups will be able to gain access to their final assigned space.
