[Wocky] Draft version pages fro Adium X and Gaim (windows)

Hi,

Here are the draft version pages for Adium X and Gaim (windows). 
Once we're sure the installers are the final versions (or at
least the ones we'll make public), I'll do some quick install
docs to fill in that piece.

When they're made public, the support info will be updated to say
Recommended and Limited Support.
