> I have a prof that has a new/identical hardware to his current machine (though more HD space) that I was intending to clone using clonezilla. Alas, the recipe for clonezilla might be a bit more involved/intrusive than the Prof would like to handle on his own remotely.

I use Macrium Reflect when I upgrade the hardisk on my Windows machine. 
It's pretty simple to start, and then you just walk away and come back 
when it's done.

The free version can't be set up to do incremental backups, but it's 
perfect for one-off cloning.
