[WinPartners] Problems with initial domain login over MIT-SECURE

I have a Win7 laptop that must use wireless networking due to location.  I
am unable to find a way for a user with a domain account to do an initial
login with MIT SECURE as the default network.  As they have no stored
network credentials the system is unable to get on the network to talk to
our domain controllers and the login fails with a error about "no logon
servers available".

Is there a solution to this other than to have them log in while connected
to either wired or unsecure wireless and then switch to MIT SECURE so
credentials are stored ?

I also looked for a way to do the network credentials for the system and
found nothing useful.
