Good afternoon,
IS&T is pleased to announce the availability of SnapGene for the MIT community. SnapGene is molecular biology software for editing, annotating and sharing plasmid maps. SnapGene allows users to easily plan and simulate DNA manipulations, visualize reading frames and primer binding sites, automatically record the steps in a cloning project and share annotated sequence files with other researchers.
