----------------------------------------------
Dear <Valued Customer>:

We are excited to introduce a unique initiative offered to a select group of our valued customers upgrading to Windows(r) 7.

Prior to the launch of Windows Vista(r), we created the Application Compatibility Factory (ACF) to help our customers remediate applications that were critical to their specific business. ACF is now available to customers moving to Windows 7. We aim to reduce application compatibility needs and help customers resolve issues that may arise prior to upgrading to Windows 7.

ACF is a successful program comprised of global and local partners who are trained in our latest Microsoft technologies and trained with working customer needs. Our ACF partners are knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to helping customers attain their specific goals.

As we value each and every customer, we want to offer our support and supply one of our ACF partners, or train and engage a preferred partner specific to your business. Each ACF partner brings a unique set of skills to the table and can help customers understand, prepare, and execute application compatibility and migration plans. As part of this 5-day engagement, the ACF partner will:

* Engage with your business and review your custom business applications

* Conduct a 1-day training session with an IT staff member that will cover tools, processes, criteria, and best practices for migrating existing applications to Windows 7

* Successfully remediate the critical business applications to the new platform

* Compile an initial plan that will work with your business needs

Microsoft will supply the engagement to assist your business migrate smoothly to Windows 7.
