[WinPartners] "Demoting" a user

I have a user who chronically loads his machine down with spyware and worse.

I tried Setting him up as Administrator, and "demoting" him to User after 
Eudora was installed, but Eudora won't work correctly. He loses permission 
to write to his In and Out (and other) mailboxes when he is demoted.

I can't get this to work right at his time. Any hints?
