[WinPartners] .NET Framework 1.1 service pack 1

Good afternoon!
 
I was checking windows update on our Windows 2000 server machines, and I found the .NET Framework 1.1 service pack 1.  When I try to install it, I come up with an error and an installation failure every time.  Does this problem sound familiar to anyone?  Is it a big deal?  Any advice would be much appreciated.
