Summary: Google Analytics can be a powerful tool in measuring website performance, visitor behavior, and engagement. This talk will guide you through some best practices around getting the most out of tagging, dashboards, and other tools to track performance of your campaigns.
Bio: Mike Petroff is a digital content strategist at Harvard University, in the office of Digital Strategy. He supports the strategy, creation, and curation of content for harvard.edu and associated sites and plays a primary role in managing the vision for and delivery of the University’s web and social media presence. Prior to joining Harvard, Mike was the web and enrollment technology manager at Emerson College, where he led web marketing and online recruitment efforts for undergraduate and graduate admission.
