Hello MIT WebPub,
We hope you can join us next week, on April 9th for a talk by Mary Kennedy, User Experience, Product Design & Management expert, about "Demystifying UX – A toolkit approach to better, cheaper & faster experience design<http://w3.abcd.harvard.edu/ai1ec_event/mary-kennedy-ux-toolkit/?instance_id=243>."
Summary: UX / User Experience is booming as a practice and methodology. However, there is often misunderstanding and mystery around UX basic practices. Join us for a discussion of simple tools and processes to use as a reliable toolkit from project to project. Yes, they take time to complete but these practices in the early stages of design mean lower rates of change later in the project - translating to lower cost, faster timelines and more solid design decisions.
