[WebPub] recommend a freelance web designer?

Can anyone recommend a freelance web designer? 

We need a new page template on OCW that needs some more time & attention than our staff can provide, and I'm looking for some options beyond the company that did our site redesign. If the template works out well, we will be doing a mini-site/portal later this summer.
