The Dev Cloud hosting package from Acquia gives you drush and git and a drop n drag interface -- it makes it fun to be a developer again and boy is it amazingly fast. (I posted a video about it on TechTV from one of the Boston Drupal Group meetups. http://ttv.mit.edu/collections/drupal/videos/13181-barry-jasman-on-acquia-dev-cloud. )

Before dev cloud I used RIMU hosting, which is $30-40 a month and provides really fast top-notch tech support.
