I agree. I've been doing the Lynda.com Drupal Essentials series - it is fantastic.

Case studies of Drupal work here at the Institute would be a great thing for the DrupalGroup.mit.edu site. Perhaps we could all submit some reports. I will - but I'm just at the start of my project.

The lynda.mit.edu tutorials are amazing, and MIT provides access for free.  If you see any way that the http://drupalgroup.mit.edu/ site could help in this effort, please let me know, as I've been trying to figure out specific ways to move the site forward. Finally, perhaps we could set up and record training sessions here at MIT, so that we have them as a resource going forward. I'd be happy to work with you in developing these materials.
