[WebPub] Webmoira usability testing

Dear collaborators,

Based on many use cases<https://wikis.mit.edu/confluence/display/CCSS/Moira+Use+Cases> we gathered for webmoira in the Fall, we’ve built a dashboard-like webmoira interface which we would like your help in (a second round of) usability testing. Katherine Wahl has set aside some slots for us next week:
