[WebPub] webcasting

Hi folks - 

We're looking into some web streaming to supplement/complement fall travel here in admissions. This spring, we piloted a setup using ustream, but would like to go adless. 

We know the costs of going adless on ustream, but are looking at some less expensive options. I was wondering if anyone on this list might have anything to suggest. 

We've been investigating wirecasting to a QTSS, but AMPS is too expensive. I have to imagine that there are other QTSS/DSS options here at MIT, but I'm not familiar with them. We also considered setting up DSS on an EC2 instance but that looks a bit too shaky from the documentation to really try. 

But again, if anyone has any suggestions, or knows of people who work with webcasting here at MIT, I'd love to chat!
