Hey WebPubbers!

Recently I had the pleasure of presenting to MIT's communicators at the
InfoGroup luncheon with Patrick Gillooly, the Web Producer from the MIT News
Office, Amy Marcott, a Web Writer with the MIT Alumni Office and Chad Galts,
the Director of Communications from MIT's School of Engineering.

This presentation was a different take on the presentation I gave at the
WebPub user group in April and has some new focus on business goals and Key
performance indicators!

The most important thing I found is how to get Google Analytics to recognize
MIT Google as a search engine and not a referring site!
