[WebPub] needs review: revised Web Reference Guide

Hi WebPubbers,

I've been working at reorganizing the web publishing reference guide (http://ist.mit.edu/services/web/reference) and could use your help reviewing it.  I've added some new content, took out the outdated info, and made a totally new information architecture.  

I'm looking for the following feedback:

--  Is there anything to add to the site?  Have I got everything under the categories, or did I leave something out?
--  How about the naming of the navigation, and the order they appear in, do they make sense?  Should they be named something else?
--  Are the pages too long, is the content "webby" enough to scan easily?

I appreciate any time you can dedicate towards this. Here's the development site - the design is just a standard WordPress theme so don't sweat the look and feel.  Eventually the whole thing will get ported into the IS&T look and feel....
