[WebPub] Web Moira Review

Hi,

We are in the process of preparing the revamped Web Moira to go live,  
but before that happens, we would like one final review.  This webapp  
has gone through 3 sets of usability testing and revisions; our goal  
with this email is to confirm that there aren't any remaining  
technical issues.
