Hi Dave,
I, for one, have never heard of them. Which, on it's own doesn't mean much.
But here are my 2cent google results.
If you looks at their 21 teachers, you can see that they have a lot of experience...
with Joomla.

The founder's description says that he teaches Drupal, among other things. His name is Steve Burge.
If you google him you will find that he is speaking at the 2010 cmsexpo. And in his bio they talk mostly about how much he knows about Joomla.

Also that he helped found the Atalanta Drupal Group, but runs that Atlanta Joomla group.
Search back a bit more and you will find that he originally had a firm called alledia. A Joomla shop. They ran their first Drupal workshop in Dec 2009.

And the other teacher at ostraining's description says that he has a web-design firm that specializes in Drupal among others.
That guys name is Ed Andrea.
http://groups.google.com/group/seattle-drupal-beginner/web/calendar which lists him as an instructor on Drupal for Beginners.
I haven't found him teaching a higher level course.
It could be that they are really really good trainers. And, I think it is probably good to be trained by folks who know about more than one thing. But I don't see any real depth in Drupal from any of the descriptions.
So, if you are looking for an intro to CMS's and Drupal, these guys might be your ticket.
But, if you are looking for someone who can explain why a contrib module might store it's data differently than the usual node form does, or how to use a node reference in Views, I wouldn't be sure until I saw some of their materials, or got a recommendation from someone that they have trained.
