As you may recall from the Drupal meeting, the IS&T website project will
use Touchstone for authentication. MIT Touchstone is a single sign-on
service for web applications. If you use Touchstone, you don't have to
maintain your own local set of user accounts and passwords.

A short overview is available at
https://wikis.mit.edu/confluence/display/TOUCHSTONE/What+is+MIT+Touchstone
. There's more documentation at the project homepage,
https://wikis.mit.edu/confluence/display/TOUCHSTONE/Touchstone+%28Web+SSO%29
.

There are two steps to using MIT Touchstone with Drupal: configuring
your apache server to use Touchstone, and configuring Drupal to use a
Shibboleth authentication module.

There are three IAP sessions on Touchstone.
