DebugBar is a free (for personal use) Internet Explorer plug-in that  
offers a number of web development features.  You can inspect the DOM  
tree, HTTP/S request to check cookies, JavaScript and HTML validation.  
Any takers on evaluating this for the group?  Please leave feedback in
