[Webpub] reminder: Drupal webpub meeting, 9/25

Just a reminder that our next web pub meeting is on Sept 25th. The  
details are below.  Please feel free to send this notice along to  
whomever you feel might be interested, the webpub user group meetings  
are open to all MIT community members (past and present!).

Topic:  Drupal Intro and Experiences
When:  Thursday, September 25  Noon to 1pm
Where: N42 Demo Center

Many of you have been hearing of "Drupal", an open source content
management system that has gained a certain fan base at MIT.  What is
Drupal?  What makes it so popular?  Come find out!

Former MIT colleague Susan MacPhee returns to campus  to give us
an overview presentation of Drupal. Susan's colleagues from
CommonPlaces, experienced in building a number of Drupal sites, will
be on hand answer technical questions that arise.

Ann-Patrice Hickey, who is working for ISDA will also speak on behalf
of the IS&T team which is building their website in Drupal.  She'll talk
about the selection process they went through when looking for a CMS,
why they ended up with Drupal, and what steps they are taking to move
forward into development.

Bring along your Drupal questions, favorite modules and themes, pet
peeves and "Hallelujah! moments...I'll bring the refreshments and  
snacks!
