[Webpub] [WebPub Blog] Opera Updates to v9.6

WebPub Blog has posted a new item, 'Opera Updates to v9.6'

Not that I'm advocating that MIT support more browsers, but here's one that
I'll be taking for a test drive....Opera (Windows/Mac/Linux friendly) only had
2& of the market share as of Sept '08, but is enticing users away with new
features and speed improvements.  Features include:

	Better syncing across multiple computers 
	Preview a site's RSS [...]
