Our WebPub Blog has a new item, 'Webmaster courses / webinar sessions'

There are some pretty inexpensive webinars available from  
webcontent.gov, an
organization that teaches web professionals about federal website  
requirements,
common web content practices, website design, and usability  
performance measures
among other topics.  They have a program called "Web Manager  
University" which

"...offers practical and affordable training for web managers of  
federal,
state, and local government [...]
