About the Presentation:

WebTrends is a powerful tool, but business users and administrators are
often in analysis paralysis. With hundreds of reports out of the box,
how can you jump into WebTrends find immediate insight that translates
into positive actions for your website? Jeff Cram will walk through
numerous areas of low hanging fruit in your WebTrends reports that you
can immediately start to focus on. Jeff is a co-founder of ISITE Design,
a Boston and Portland Oregon interactive agency and WebTrends Insight
Network partner. Jeff leads analytics consulting engagements for clients
nationwide and is a frequent speaker at local and national events. He
has also previously worked at WebTrends as their Web Marketing Manager,
helping implement WebTrends for the WebTrends.com site.
