You are invited to the MIT web publishers meeting tomorrow, Thursday May 27.

Lisa Damtoft and Darren Clarke of the News Office will present the newly 
redesigned News Office web site to a joint meeting of the web publishers 
and editors groups.

In addition to being visually redesigned, the 10,000-page news site has 
been transformed from a chiefly archival site into a dynamically driven web 
site with several new features, emphasizing news and services.  Stories can 
now be found via keywords and will be available for syndication.  MIT 
communicators and the news media will find easier ways to subscribe to 
publications and releases, request images, and obtain PR and news-writing 
advice.
