Dear MIT Web and Publishing Colleague,
The Content Management Discovery team is researching MIT community needs in
publishing, whether to the Web or to other media. Toward this end, the team
will be drawing on the experience of many people around the Institute
concerned with writing and publishing, in order to understand how and when
content management can most productively be employed. You are among those
whose experience and needs would greatly inform our endeavor. We
respectfully invite you to take a quick web survey on your current
publishing process and environment, as it relates to content
management. The survey can be found at
http://web.mit.edu/is/discovery/content-mgmt/survey.html. This survey
should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Please do not hesitate to ask
questions about the project or provide feedback to the team at
cms-team at mit.edu.
If you feel that you are not the right person for this survey, please feel
free to forward it to whoever (and however many folks) in your area you
think may be appropriate.
Sincerely,
The CMS Discovery Team:
Mark Begley -- Systems Analyst, Economics
Tim Boyden -- Analyst Programmer, Facilities
Sean Brown -- Web Communications Services
Roberta Crumrine -- Senior Analyst Programmer, SSIT
Tim Griffin -- Web Consultant, IS
Carl Jones -- Senior Systems Analyst, Libraries
Cecilia Marra -- Academic Technology Specialist, Office of Academic Services
