I have just completed a full review of all of our systems in response to a
request from Senior Staff. They are putting together a long-range budget
plan and I want to make sure we are on their radar. I've included
inspection intervals, likely replacement time (10 years for lighting
fixtures and controls--'tho we all are using stuff that is MUCH older, I'm
sure) and also an indication of both life-safety factors (rigging, for
example) as well as how important it is for our teaching mission (LED
fixtures, for example). Happy to share if if you'd like.
