[Usittne] introduction and looking for some props

Hi all,
I am relatively new on the Boston scene (just one year working at Boston College) I could welcome any help I can get locating a few items and finding out the rental or borrowing procedures at theatres and colleges in the community.  I am gathering props for the New Repertory Theatre production of The Misanthrope which plays January  15thth  2008 through  February 10th 2008.  
I have to find an old fashioned plain bicycle (like a simple "beach cruiser") that can look like it is a period piece from 100 years ago.
I’m also looking for a gramophone (free-standing or table top), a serving cart (iron or wood), a small bar unit and some choices of wicker chairs.  I will need these items from the first week in January through February 11th.
Please advise me if you have any leads, or any of these items in storage that you are willing to loan or rent.  Also please let me know what the procedures are at your Theatre or School for the future.
